I get it! You’re busy. We’re all busy. Who has time to meditate for hours every day?
That’s why I developed the FREE 3-Minute Meditation Challenge – a 7-day challenge to help you carve out just three minutes each day to meditate and immerse yourself in the healing energy of a different crystal. You can do these short exercises in mindfulness at home, at your desk, in a quiet place in your office, before a class, while you’re on the bus or sitting in a cab (but please don’t do them while driving or operating machinery!).
Amongst other things, meditation has been shown to:
- Reduce stress and promote relaxation
- Calm and quieten your mind
- Enhance sleep
- Improve focus and concentration
- Improve your intuition and connection with Spirit
And meditating while holding or looking at crystals can actually help you to connect with the healing energy of that crystal. You may even receive messages from the crystals as you work with them.
How does the 3-Minute Meditation Challenge work?
It’s pretty simple! When you sign up via the form below, you’ll receive an email from me early each morning over the next seven days, with a link to a new crystal meditation like the Rose Quartz meditation below. The email will provide specific information about each day’s featured crystal, and an affirmation for you to consider as you watch and/or listen to the video. You can repeat this process throughout the day if you have time or feel inclined.
And it’s all entirely free. I love meditating and crystals and created this Challenge to share the crystal love.
How do I meditate?
There are no solid rules about how to meditate. Here are some suggestions about how to get the most of this meditation series:
- Sit comfortably (at your desk or on a chair for example), where you can see the video.
- Make sure your legs are uncrossed and your feet are on the ground.
- Use headphones if possible, so you’re not distracted by other sounds around you.
- Click on the “full screen” icon in the bottom right corner of the video below to maximise it to full screen size.
- Feel free to gaze into the crystal as the video plays (you’ll find this will help you to connect with the crystal). Otherwise, you can close your eyes and listen to the audio.
- If you like the suggested affirmation and it resonates with you, you can repeat it silently (or out loud – whatever works for you), as the video plays.
The objective of the 3-Minute Meditation Challenge is to give you the opportunity to chillax for a small amount of time each day.
